Manufacturing Process
Vedic ghee is prepared from semi bilona method. Only A2 cow milk of Sahiwal, Gir, Tharparkar, and Kankrej breeds is used in the manufacturing process. The milk is frozen first and the cream is separated. Dahi is then added to the collected cream and is stored for 2-3 days. The fermented cream is then heated to make ghee finally. In this process, ghee yield remains more, which is why it becomes cost-effective.
How to use it?
You can use it like regular ghee. May it be tadka or over the food, it will enhance the taste of your food for sure.
