Badri Cow A2 Ghee is a perfectly cooked ghee made with the milk of Himalayan Badri Cows in Uttarakhand, India. One of the best bilona ghee made with the A2 milk of Badri Cows.

MAKING PROCESS

Badri Cow's milk is boiled and cooled, then a teaspoon of curd is added to the milk and it is stored at room temperature overnight. The curd is eventually churned to extract butter from Badri Cow Milk using a wooden churner (Bilona) bi-directionally.

FLAVOUR

The makkhan obtained from the churning process is heated on a mild flame to make the Badri Cow Ghee. This traditional process of manufacturing Bilona ghee is fairly complex and required skills for continuous monitoring. Badri Ghee is Rich in Flavour, with a Nutty and Grainy texture.

100% NATURAL

Badri Ghee is pure natural ghee with no additional preservatives or additives. Badri Cow Ghee is packed in a 500 ML capacity Glass Jar.

Please note that being a naturally made ghee; taste, texture, and color can never be the same throughout the year. This is because all these three properties depend on the fodder given to cows and that keeps on changing according to the season.
