Avoid consuming curd, rice, cold water, ice cream, refined salt, refined oil, processed and packaged food, non-veg food, and smoking to maximize its benefits. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid being in dusty environments. Take 1 to 2 tablets with Breathon gomutra ark and normal water twice a day, or as directed by a physician.
