शिपिंग नीति
🚚 Self-Collection Policy – ₹0 Shipping Charges
- No minimum order value is required for self-collection.
- Customers must select ‘Self Pick-up’ as the delivery option during checkout.
- Orders must be collected in person from our designated collection center, at the customer’s own expense.
- To purchase additional items, customers must place a new order via our website or mobile app. Cash or retail sales on-site are not permitted.
- A standard cancellation fee applies in case of order cancellation.
- Orders will be handed over outside the collection center premises. Entry inside the collection facility is not allowed.
- For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, a cash handling charge of ₹50 will be applicable.
🚚 Same Day Delivery (For Delhi customers)
- This option is exclusive for Delhi customers (prepaid orders only).
- Customer places an order for value less than ₹1999 and chooses same day delivery option. The order is sent through express parcel service.
- Cut off time is 3 PM from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and holidays). That means if customer places an order before 3 PM on Monday to Saturday, the order will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise the shipment will be scheduled for the next working day.
- Delhi customers who want same day delivery for order value above ₹1999, may request our customer support. ₹150 will be charged for the express delivery (irrespective of the free shipping code).
📦 Order Dispatch Timeline
We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Dispatch timelines may vary based on the delivery location. For remote or rural areas without private courier access, IndiaPost may be used as a last-resort option. Please note:
- Dispatch via IndiaPost may take longer due to factors like server issues or public holidays.
- Delays in such cases are beyond our control.
🚛 Estimated Transit Time
Gaurashtra relies on third-party courier services for order delivery, and hence, transit times are always tentative and not guaranteed.
Factors that may affect delivery timelines include:
- Pincode-specific delivery capacity
- Natural disruptions (e.g., floods, strikes, civil unrest)
- Courier operational delays
Customers can check the estimated delivery time using:
- The Pincode Checker on all product pages
- The Gaurashtra Android or iOS app
📦 Courier Selection Process
We use top logistics partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Amazon, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.
Our system tracks courier performance by pincode. Based on real-time data, the best-performing courier at the time of order placement is automatically assigned to your shipment.
💰 Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Total order weight (including packaging materials like cartons, belts, and tape)
- Regional shipping slab applicable at checkout
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are visible before order confirmation
- The final delivery partner may charge based on delivery mode and distance
- Any variation in courier fees will neither be charged to the customer nor refunded
🔄 Return Eligibility
Do not accept deliveries if the package appears damaged in any way. This helps prevent product tampering or loss during transit.
If a damaged package is returned:
- We will send a replacement shipment at no extra cost
- If the customer accepts a damaged package, Gaurashtra cannot be held liable for any missing or broken items
🏠 Importance of a Complete Address
Incomplete addresses can delay delivery. Delivery agents are not obligated to contact customers for address clarification, as each agent typically handles 50–60 packages daily.
Please ensure your address includes:
- House/Flat number
- Street name/number
- Block, Sector, Khand (as applicable)
- Landmark
- Correct Pincode
