❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment via the tracking link shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • In case of non-delivery, customers must contact Gaurashtra immediately after the first failed delivery attempt.
  • Gaurashtra does not provide manual tracking or status updates over phone or other channels for individual orders.
  • An order will be considered complete if:
    • The shipment returns due to incorrect billing details (address, phone number, name, etc.) provided by the customer.
    • The customer raises a non-delivery issue after two delivery attempts have already been made.
  • In such cases, a cancellation fee equivalent to 200% of the shipping charges will apply.
  • Image representations of products may vary from the actual product weight and pricing. Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

 

💳 Refund Policy

  • A 10% cancellation fee (including convenience and payment gateway charges) will be deducted if a refund is requested to a bank account, third-party wallet, or credit card.
  • The customer is solely responsible for providing correct details. Any return due to incomplete/incorrect shipping details (e.g. name, address, email, phone) will attract forward and reverse shipping charges.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, the customer will be barred from placing future COD orders on any Gaurashtra platform.
  • No cancellation fee applies if the refund is processed to the customer's Gaurashtra Account Wallet (Store Credit), which auto-adjusts in future purchases.
  • If the courier marks the shipment as delivered, but the customer disputes the claim, this must be reported within 3 days of the status update. Beyond this window, Gaurashtra is not liable for refund or compensation.
  • If a customer refuses delivery once the order has been dispatched:
    • No refund will be issued.
    • The customer may request reshipment, subject to additional shipping charges.
    • If not reshipped within a reasonable period, the order will be forfeited.
  • In case of refunds processed to a customer’s account, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and active bank details. Gaurashtra will not be liable for failed refunds due to incorrect account information.
  • No shipping charge refund will be provided:
    • If the customer opts for a non-Gaurashtra shipping method.
    • Due to delivery fee variance resulting from random product combinations and courier calculations.
  • For international shipments, the customer must ensure compliance with local Customs regulations. If a shipment is returned due to delay or negligence in fulfilling customs requirements, the order will be deemed fulfilled, and no refund or compensation will be issued.
